Description
The world’s first Oyster Gin is not like anything you will have tasted before… but we know you will find the unique flavours a real treat.
Distilled using oysters fresh from the Scottish Argyll Coast, they infuse a delicate maritime essence which when blended with a mix of citrus and other botanicals, creates a unique savoury gin.
Perfect for using in cocktails.
Perfect Pour: As a subtle twist on the classic dry Martini,
take 50ml of Isle of Bute Oyster Gin, add 15ml of Vermouth, shake over ice, then serve with a twist of lemon.
Or serve with a slice of cucumber and a touch of cracked black pepper as a more classic style gin and tonic.
The waters of the west coast of Scotland are famous for their oysters. These oysters are sourced from the beautiful Loch Fyne, a sea loch that extends 65 miles inland from the Sound of Bute.
